Initial assessment

TestCentral: enterprise-grade evaluation
As part of the LangRich platform, TestCentral allows HRD teams to deploy Pearson Versant, and other of the world’s most trusted and widely adopted language proficiency assessments. This ensures organizations can rely on recognized, independently validated performance data. Through TestCentral, companies can:
- Administer Pearson Versant and LangRich’s PROGOS tests at scale
- Track scores directly in the HRD dashboard
- Validate training outcomes with an external, standardized measure
Continuous progress tracking
Throughout the program, LangRich continuously measures learner performance with automated tools and structured evaluations. Movement on the CEFR/GSE scale of ten levels is tracked clearly in the dashboard. HRD teams can monitor:
- Speaking improvement using LangRich AI scoring
- Vocabulary expansion
- Completion of modules and live sessions

Reassessment & outcome verification
